Potential disruptions to Concur access – April 7 to 8
SAP Concur, the company that provides the university’s travel and expense management software, will perform a major network upgrade at its North America Data Center between 3 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Saturday, April 7 and 1 a.m. ET on Sunday, April 8. Concur users may experience intermittent service disruption during this period. The Finance department recommends faculty and staff avoid performing critical processing during the upgrade window.
This upgrade will enable SAP Concur to improve product performance and service availability, and ensure greater long-term stability of its software.
