RO unveils new Information and Clients Services website

The Office of the Registrar (RO), in collaboration with the Communications and Marketing department, has launched its new Information and Client Services website. This is Phase 1 of the plan to rebuild and rebrand the RO’s entire website.

Website goals:

  • Enhance students’ online journey, ensuring more students are online rather than in line.
  • Ensure the information students need is, at most, only a click (or two) away.
  • Be proactive instead of reactive by providing information that’s clear and concise.
  • Knowledge management: providing the right information, to the right people, at the right time.
