FSSH researcher speaks at University of Innsbruck on medical assistance in dying
On December 14, , Associate Professor, Faculty of Social Science and Humanities (FSSH), gave an invited lecture at the University of Innsbruck Faculty of Law in Austria, entitled Reasonable Foreseeability and the Legalization of Medical Assistance in Dying in Canada (MAID). The talk explored the legal regime governing MAID in Canada. Members of the Austrian legal, medical and academic communities attended and engaged in the post-talk discussion.
