Brave The Future app hackathon – February 8 to 10
The university invites students to participate in a 48-hour Brave The Future hackathon Friday, February 8 through Sunday, February 10. Students will work to develop a prototype of an exciting and interactive app to engage the university’s students, donors and the general public to explore the university's new fundraising campaign.
Students will present their app prototypes in a live five-minute pitch to a panel of judges. The winning student or team will have the opportunity to develop their prototype into a Brave The Future-branded software program that may be used as a promotional item throughout the campaign.
The winning team will receive $5,000 for the app prototype, with the opportunity to earn $5,000 more after the hackathon.
