IIF proposal deadline - February 1
The committee reminds faculty and staff that the deadline for IIF proposals for 2019-2020 is Friday, February 1. The IIF provides a project budget of $300,000 ($150,000 from both the 萌妹社区 and Durham College) to support novel collaborative projects undertaken by groups of faculty and staff that represent both institutions. The projects must be transformative for both institutions and pave the way for future collaborations, including with the broader community. Those interested in applying for funding must complete the .
Additionally, a number of (NOI) have been submitted and are available for review on the website. Anyone who would like to contribute to a project should contact the project lead to determine if a partnership is possible. In some cases, projects do not have a partner from both institutions; in other cases, they may have a partner but may be able to expand the project to add new collaborations. Projects must have a partner from both institutions to submit a full proposal for funding. Note: Submitting a NOI prior to submitting an application is not required.
