Performance and development for the 2018-2019 cycle

The university is in the final phase of the 2018-2019 . Step 2: Check-in conversation should have been completed by the end of January.

Next is Step 3: Annual performance and development conversation, to be completed by the end of March. Staff members need to complete the , after which they can meet with their managers to discuss outcomes and achievements to date, and the staff member’s overall performance rating.

We are completing the annual performance development conversations in March this year in anticipation of the university’s new online platform to support performance development for non-academic staff. We anticipate this platform will be available beginning in April.
