This week鈥檚 Cinechats selection: In America
Cinechats turns 14 years old this week!
Each Thursday evening the campus community is invited to enjoy a film screening presented by Cinechats, which is supported in part by the university, Durham College, Arts Forum and the Durham Council for the Arts. Age restrictions apply, as most films are rated for those 18 years of age and older.
This week’s selection, (Ireland/U.K./USA, 2002), is a beautifully poignant story of an immigrant family in search of a better life. It stars , and .
Note: This film is for ages 18+ due to brief nudity, brief mild sexual content, and a few instances of coarse language.
Showtime is at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 7 in the Gordon Willey Building, Room C-113. Admission is $3 per person.
