Introducing the university鈥檚 new performance development application: Rally2Gether

Performance development is an important part of the university employee experience. The performance process supports individuals in meeting their goals and helps them better understand how their work affects the university’s ongoing success.

On Monday, April 15, the university will launch , a new online performance development platform for full-time administrative staff and managers. The launch comes after eight months of pilot testing the platform among several units across the university, and collecting their valuable feedback.

Rally2Gether captures the three steps in the university’s Performance Development Cycle (PDC):

  • Step 1: Goal-setting conversation
  • Step 2: Check-ins
  • Step 3: Annual performance development conversation

What should I do next?

You should start the Step 1: Goal-setting conversation in sometime between Monday, April 15 and Friday, May 2, and complete it by Sunday, June 30.

The Human Resources department will send email reminders to ensure managers and staff complete their tasks for each step of the PDC in Rally2Gether on time.

How do I learn more?
