The Training Institute of March of Dimes Canada (MODC) invites faculty, staff and students to explore its new online e-learning course, .
This web-based program is geared toward organizations in the information and communication technology (ICT) sector. It aims to increase employers’ capacity to reach and engage a broader pool of talent with disabilities. The Government of Ontario is offering this program to all Ontarians through MODC for free.
The principles in Accessible Employment Practices build upon formal research conducted by the Information and Communication Technology Council, lived experiences and interviews with industry leaders in accessibility.
Use these training resources to enhance your own accessibility-related knowledge, or that of your students, as they seek employment with ICT businesses looking to meet their talent needs.
