Relaxation exam breaks for students continue through April 15

Student Mental Health Services will offer a series of relaxation breaks for students during the April examination period. Participants will will learn learn how breathing techniques, guided imagery and mindfulness activities can help them relax during stressful times. Please share this information with students and encourage them to attend, if time permits.

Remaining sessions:

  • Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre, Aerobics Room 1
    • Wednesday, April 10 from 3 to 3:30 p.m.
    • Monday, April 15 from 10 to 10:30 a.m.
