Millennial workforce recruitment, retention and training event for employers – August 20
The Community Employment Resource Partnership, Northumberland County and the millennial team of Canada Summer Jobs students at the Community Training and Development Centre will host The Employer Event on Tuesday, August 20.
The event will focus on how to recruit, retain, and train the millennial workforce (ages 20 to 45).
Participants will:
- Hear from experts in recruitment, retention and training.
- Explore a variety of techniques and resources.
- Learn about innovative ideas, insights and strategies from a millennial perspective.
When: Tuesday, August 20 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
