Register for summer group fitness classes at The FLEX

Looking to get active this summer? The FLEX is offering multiple fitness classes at the Campus Recreation and Wellness Centre (CRWC). Classes include:

  • Body Sculpting
  • Half-Hour Spin
  • High-Energy Athletic Training (HEAT)
  • Pilates
  • Spin & Core
  • Yoga Flow
  • Yoga in the Commons (free)

Registration is now open; or at the main Athletics desk of the CRWC. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
