SIRC, Campus Ice Centre and Campus Fieldhouse power outage – July 20
A power outage will take place in the Software and Informatics Research Centre (SIRC), Campus Ice Centre and Campus Fieldhouse on Saturday, July 20 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. The outage will accommodate the provision of electrical power to the Student Life (U5) and U6 Buildings in their new temporary location at the west end of Founders Lot 2.
For everyone's safety, SIRC, the Campus Ice Centre and the Campus Fieldhouse will be closed; please do not schedule activities in these buildings on the outage day.
Computer servers in SIRC will continue to operate with power from the generator. If you work in SIRC, please ensure you back up your computer systems and power them down the day before the outage to avoid losing your information.
