PRAISE draw winner
Congratulations to Mark Glanzmann, Records Officer, Office of the Registrar, who recently won a $100 Visa/Mastercard gift card in the Human Resources (HR) department’s quarterly draw.
“During registration start-up there was a miscommunication about which group of students could take a number of different courses,” says Mark’s nominator, Cyndi Hillis, Senior Academic Advisor, Faculty of Business and Information Technology (FBIT). “Mark was sent an extensive list after registration had already begun. He recognized this had a huge impact on students and their stress levels, and was able to solve the problem within hours. The FBIT Advising team thanks Mark for saving the day!”
