Waiver for Take Our Kids to Work Day
On Wednesday, November 6, Ontario Tech will host Grade 9 students for the annual Take Our Kids to Work Day. If you would like to bring your child, family member or friend’s child, you are required to complete the participant waiver form and submit it to Tara Ashley, Finance and Administrative Officer, Human Resources no later than Friday, November 1.
If you are hosting a family member’s or friend’s child, the parent will need to sign the waiver form granting permission for you to be the child’s guardian that day.
