As part of the university’s #WeGetConsent campaign, the Office of Student Life will host the #WeGetConsent Hackathon on Thursday, October 17. At this event, student participants will create and implement an education and awareness initiative to address topics surrounding sexual violence and consent on campus.

Students can register as an individual or as a team to participate in the hackathon. Projects could receive funding and staff mentorship to be implemented campus-wide in Winter 2020. Please encourage interested students to register at .

• When: Thursday, October 17 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closing events are from 5 to 7 p.m.)
• Where: Science Building, Founding Deans Atrium

Note: Complimentary snacks, lunch and dinner will be available.
