In-class exam support from IT Services

Information Technology (IT) Services provides hardware, software and technical support during undergraduate-level examinations (upon faculty request). Technical Support Analysts (TSAs) can provide emergency loaner laptops in the event of hardware or software failure, and students can complete their exams with the peace of mind that technical support is available during exam periods.

If you wish to request technical support for mid-term and final examinations, please complete and submit the  at least 10 business days prior to the exam. TSA attendance will be subject to availability.
