Student Union to launch First Impressions service in January
The (OTSU) wants to help you clean out your closet before, during and after the holiday season.
Starting in January 2020, the OTSU will launch a brand new service called First Impressions. This one-stop shop is available to all ÃÈÃÃÉçÇø students looking to elevate their look for a job interview, career fair, or a networking event – at no additional cost.
At this time, the OTSU is accepting donations for clean, new and gently used professional attire for women and men. First Impressions’ stock is currently low on men’s attire.
Items being accepted by First Impressions:
- Shoes
- Blazers
- Belts and ties
- Suits, skirts, dress pants
- Dress shirts and or blouses
- Handbags and other accessories
Donations can be dropped off weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the Ontario Tech Student Union offices at the university’s north Oshawa location, UL Building, Room 100.
