Lee Hays named Executive Director of Advancement
Lee Hays will join Ontario Tech as Executive Director, Advancement, effective Monday, January 23.
Hays has a passion for building strong, collaborative communities that feel inspired to stay connected, make an impact and leave a legacy. She has dedicated her career to higher-education advancement for the past 17 years with Trent University. Through strategic planning and collaboration with alumni, donors, senior leaders, and the broader university community, she has led a team of advancement professionals and volunteers to achieve a tremendous increase in alumni involvement and philanthropic support. Lee believes in nurturing an innovative and collaborative organizational culture.
