Search begins for new Dean of Faculty of Business and Information Technology
Ontario Tech is looking for the next Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology (FBIT).
The Search Advisory Committee, consisting of the following members, will conduct the search:

The Search Advisory Committee’s mandate is to conduct a broad recruitment process to attract a strong field of candidates and to provide advice on a preferred candidate to the Provost and Vice-President, Academic for subsequent recommendation to the university’s President and Board of Governors.
Dr. Jennie Massey, a consultant from the executive search firm Knightsbridge Robertson Surrette (KBRS), has been engaged to support the process. KBRS Academic Executive Search brings one of the largest teams in the country dedicated to the academic sector.

Recommendation to President/Board of Governors May/June
KBRS will reach out to contact various individuals and groups to begin stakeholder consultations.
In addition, there is also an opportunity for members of the community to provide input via an online survey. .
