Sharmilla Reid named Director of Engagement Services and Alumni Relations
On January 9, Sharmilla Reid joined the university’s Advancement and Alumni Relations team as the new Director, Engagement Services and Alumni Relations.
Reid brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this role. She was previously the Director of Advancement and Alumni Relations at Knox College (University of Toronto), where she was responsible for all fundraising, communications and alumni relations. She is a visionary executive with a solid history of creating collaborative work environments, establishing good work culture, and coaching leadership and staff on personal effectiveness. She firmly believes success is achieved through team effort.
