Join , the campus pub and grill, for a Mother’s Day Brunch and Skate to celebrate mom.
When: Sunday, May 14
- Brunch: 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Skating: noon to 2 p.m.
Where: 2200 North at the Campus Ice Centre.
Cost: $19.95 per person.
Brunch menu:
- French toast stuffed with sweet cream cheese topped with fresh berries, smashed pistachios, drizzled with Grand Marnier or maple syrup.
- Baked salmon fillet with herb and panko crust, served with a salad of mixed greens, roasted beets and goat cheese in a honey/balsamic and chili dressing.
- Chicken, apple, and sage sausage with gravy served over homemade biscuits, with home fries.
- Pork tenderloin hash with new potatoes, leeks, roasted tomato, mushrooms and poblano peppers, finished with feta.
- Also featuring mimosas, wine, and Caesars.
