FSSH Professor serves on NSERC Dimensions Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee
, Professor, has been providing expert advice on equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in the research environment .
The main objective of the Dimensions pilot program is to help drive cultural change within the Canadian post-secondary research ecosystem by identifying and eliminating obstacles and inequities faced by women, Indigenous Peoples, persons with disabilities, members of racialized groups, and members of 2SLGBTQI+ communities.
Applications to the Dimensions program were assessed by the PDEC.
