BMO credit card holders reminded to set up delegates to submit claims over the summer

Summertime is here, which means summer vacations are here too. Please remember that any spending on your BMO MasterCard must still be submitted within the normal month-end timelines.  If you are not able to submit during the next BMO submission period (Monday, July 31 to Friday, August 4), you need to set up a delegate to submit your BMO claim for you.

How to set up a delegate:

  1. Set up a delegate in Concur () so they can submit your BMO report on your behalf while you’re on vacation. The report will still be sent to your approver.
  2. Your delegate should also have access to your BMO Spend Dynamics credit card billing statement. To set this up, please contact Doris Tapp.
  3. Upload all credit card receipts to Concur prior to your vacation so your delegate has access to them when the time comes to complete the report.

If you have already set up a delegate in Concur and BMO Spend Dynamics, and are going to be away, then you only need to upload your receipts to Concur.

Even if you’re not going to be away, setting up a delegate for Concur and BMO Spend Dynamics should still be done to prepare for future vacations or unexpected time away from work.
