Join Ontario Tech’s Pumpkin Extravaganza during October’s Healthy Workplace Month
Are you up for some friendly, potentially spooky competition? Join Ontario Tech’s Pumpkin Extravaganza during October’s Healthy Workplace Month.
The Healthy Workplace Committee invites staff and faculty to form teams to carve and decorate a pumpkin grown by the Office of Campus Infrastructure and Sustainability at Windfields Farm Lands. The pumpkins will be on display during the Health, Safety and Wellness Fair, happening Thursday, October 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Science Building Atrium. Pictures of the pumpkins will be shared with the Ontario Tech community, who will vote for the best-carved and best-decorated pumpkin from each category.
How to order your free pumpkin: Form a team, and have one of your team members request a pumpkin from the Wellness at Work team by completing the by Friday, October 6.
