Create your plan for resilience for your chance to win a FitBit Versa 2

The university’s Wellness at Work team invites faculty and staff to participate in the Plan for Resilience interactive workshop.

This session will help you move from surviving to thriving by teaching you how to build resilience and plan for successful situations. Developing a plan to get through potentially stressful situations using the Plan for Resilience workbook can have a positive impact on your personal and work life. This is a facilitated working session. Snacks will be provided and all attendees will have their name entered into the random draw to win a Fitbit Versa 2.

When: Wednesday, February 7 from 1 to 2 p.m.
