Welcoming the new Associate Dean of Ontario Tech’s School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies
The university’s School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies (SGPS) welcomes Dr. Pejman Mirza-Babaei as the incoming Associate Dean, effective Monday, January 1, 2024. Dr. Mirza-Babaei is an Associate Professor of User Experience (UX) Research in Ontario Tech’s Faculty of Business and Information Technology. He brings a wealth of leadership experience to SGPS, having previously served as the Associate Dean for Industry Relations in FBIT. He will serve as the primary contact for the Mitch and Leslie Frazer Faculty of Education, as well as the faculties of Engineering and Applied Science, and Social Science and Humanities. Dr. Carla Cesaroni will continue to serve as the primary contact for FBIT, as well as the faculties of Health Sciences, and Science.
