Technical Support Analysts available for online and in-person exam support

Information Technology (IT) Services provides technical support during undergraduate-level examinations (upon faculty request). Technical Support Analysts (TSAs) can attend online exams through a Google Meet or in person to assist with software and technical issues. If you wish to request technical support, at least 10 business days prior to your scheduled exam.

Please note that IT Services is unable to provide support for quizzes and tests. Requests for support are pending until IT Services sends a confirmation of support to the instructor. Due to the high volume of requests, support is not guaranteed and is pending staffing availability.

Canvas change notice

As Canvas now offers two different versions of the Quizzes feature (New Quizzes and Classic Quizzes), please ensure that a practice quiz is made available to students to allow an opportunity to resolve any potential technical issues. It is strongly advised that students are informed prior to the assessment which version is being used, as this will reduce the amount of confusion during the exam.
