Introducing Ontario Tech’s new stationery eStore – Now open!

Ontario Tech’s and ready for orders.

During your first login, you will create a new username and password.

Things to know:

  • Each user must have an @ontariotechu.ca account.
  • Each order must be placed using a corporate credit card.
  • Shipping charges are billed by The Printing House (TPH) to our corporate shipping account with UPS/FedEx (based on best rates from the TPH location in Whitby).
  • Once orders arrive on campus, they are delivered through interoffice mail. To ensure proper delivery, enter your on-campus delivery location in My Profile (e.g. CC 3414 or ERC 1234) in the EXTRA field.

Enhanced features of the new store:

  • Order status emails are sent once an order is placed and shipped.
  • Orders arrive within 5-10 total business days (including production, delivery to campus and delivery through interoffice mail). Orders placed by Wednesday at 5 p.m. arrive the following week.
  • Easily reorder items from your order history in My Account/Portfolio.
  • View previous orders in My Account/Orders.
  • Name badges now offer improved value with recent enhancements.
  • Pocket folders are available in two versions offering new low-volume pricing.

Note:

  • Review the PDF proof for custom items (business cards or name badges) to ensure accuracy as orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If ordering for someone else, send the PDF for their review/approval. The new eStore will hold the order.
