The Durham Workforce Authority (DWA) invites those who live or work in Durham Region to complete the DWA's biennial Workforce Survey.
Many organizations throughout Durham use the data collected from workforce and employer surveys to support development and secure funding for new programs and employment supports that enhance the vibrancy and sustainability of our community. Your support is needed to ensure they have the most accurate and complete data possible when making these important decisions.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and includes questions on education, employment, training, job skills, and your use of existing programs and services in Durham Region. Your responses will be anonymized and will not be linked back to you in any way.
Analysis of this data will augment data collected from the 2023 Employer Survey, filling significant gaps in labour market information and creating a full picture of the supply and demand of the labour force in Durham Region.
