Call for papers - Law & Society in an Age of Connection and Distraction symposium

The symposium will take place Friday, February 21 and Saturday, February 22, 2025 in conjunction with the annual mid-winter meeting of the Canadian Law & Society Association.
Proposals of 100 to 150 words for papers and panels are invited in the field of law and society to reflect on gaps or biases in current research, laws and societal practices. Themes include: What are we being distracted from, and what important aspects of law, society, and research are being overlooked or inadequately considered?
The deadline for submission is Friday, October 25. Please email paper abstracts and panel proposals to lawandsocietyconference@ontariotechu.ca.
