The university’s Continuous Learning department has launched a professional development program on generative artificial intelligence (AI): a subset of AI that can be used to create new content, including audio, code, images, text, simulations, and videos (e.g. ChatGPT, which generates written content). Geared toward leaders and managers, the program will provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to identify potential use cases, understand ethical considerations, prepare teams and organizations for the adoption of generative AI technologies, implement these technologies in the workplace, and effectively lead their teams through the change process.
