Celebrate Earth Day with Alstom and FEAS: A virtual event highlighting sustainable mobility and engineering careers in the railway sector

On Tuesday, April 22, , a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of rail vehicles, systems and services, together with the university’s Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science (FEAS), will host a virtual event exploring Alstom’s dedication to sustainable mobility. This event is a unique opportunity to hear about the company's ongoing efforts to innovate in the railway sector and contribute to a greener future.

Participants will also learn about Ontario Tech’s recently approved , available to students enrolled in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, and Automotive Engineering programs starting this Fall. Registration for the specialization opens this June. The Alstom event is a perfect chance for students to connect with leaders in the field and learn about the growing demand for engineers in the railway sector.
